Lake Forrest Prep offers Taekwondo through Orlando Taekwondo. Orlando Taekwondo comes to the campus weekly to offer seperate classes for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade and up. Classes strengthen the mind and body, provide stranger danger training and are open to current and new students.
