Lake Forrest Prep offers dance classes through Impact on the Road, Inc.  Impact dance instructors come to the campus weekly to provide a variety of age appropriate classes.  The following is a list of Impact classes.

Creative Movement - Ages 3
The first step for aspiring dancers or any child that enjoys movement. Class will focus on imaginative stretches, exercises and games that will introduce the child to the world of music, rhythm and dance.

Pre Ballet with Tap - Ages 4-5
The next step for those students who have taken creative movement or who want to try dance for the first time.  Dancers will be introduced to ballet technique, fun stretching exercises and simple rhythm exercises that incorporate both ballet and tap.  Please send your child with both tap and ballet shoes!

Jazz/Tap - Ages 6-8
Students will learn more advanced dance technique as they develop strength and a solid foundation for all forms of dance.  Dancers will build on what has been learned in Creative Movement and Pre Ballet to work on more complex exercises, stretches and strength building.  A great class for the more mature dancer.
